Terms of Use for Visitors

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to your use of januaryhistory.property and the services offered through it by Januaryhistory Septic. When you use the website, call the number on it or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template and is not legal advice.

What We Do and Do Not Do

Januaryhistory Septic is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump tanks, repair septic systems, drainfields or sewer lines, or do any plumbing work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you are connected with run their own businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, what work they do or what results you get.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of license and insurance, and get a written quote.

General Information, Not Advice

The content here is general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Any cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and, when it matters, with your insurer and local health department.

What We Expect From You

Give accurate information when you reach out, and use the website only for lawful reasons. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs or try to get in without permission.

Contact by Phone, Text or Email

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@januaryhistory.property.

Ownership of Site Content

The content and design of this website belong to Januaryhistory Septic or those who license it to us. Do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Januaryhistory Septic is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this website, from a provider's services or from an agreement between you and a provider. The website is offered as is, with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the new terms.
